Worth It is the budget app that tracks how your spending feels — not just what you bought. Tag each purchase 😍 / 😐 / 😞 and see what's actually worth it.
How do I log a spend? Tap the green + button, enter the amount, pick a category, then tap a face — 😍 worth it, 😐 just okay, or 😞 a regret. Add an optional note and save. It takes about five seconds.
What is my "worth-it %"? It's the share of your spending this month that you marked as worth it (by dollars). It's on the Home tab and the widget. The goal isn't 100% — it's spending intentionally.
What's the "hours of life" number? If you enter what you earn (Settings → Income — hourly, monthly, or yearly), Worth It shows what each purchase cost in hours of work. It's completely optional; skip it and the app still works.
What's my "money type"? At the end of each month, the Insights tab gives you a money personality (Joyful Spender, Disciplined, Treat-Yourself, and more) based on how your spending felt. It updates live during the month, too.
Does Worth It connect to my bank? No — never. You log spends manually. There are no bank logins, no third-party data sharing.
Where is my data stored? Is it private? Everything stays on your device and syncs only across your own devices through your private iCloud account. We have no servers and cannot see your data. No ads, no tracking, no account required.
How do I sync to my other devices? Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account and iCloud Drive is on. Sync happens automatically.
How do I change when my month resets? Settings → Money → "Month resets on day." Useful if your pay cycle isn't the 1st.
Is Worth It free? Yes, completely free.
