The board is a 3×3 grid of nine smaller 3×3 boards. Win three small boards in a row to win the game.
The twist: the square you play in decides which small board your opponent must play in next. Play in the top-right square of any small board, and your opponent must play their next move somewhere in the top-right small board.
If you are sent to a small board that is already won or completely full, you may play anywhere.

Statistics are tracked separately for each difficulty.
Can I play against another person? Yes — choose pass-and-play. Two players take turns on the same device.
Does it need an internet connection? No. The whole game runs on your device and is fully playable offline.
I closed the app mid-game. Is my game gone? No. Your game is saved automatically. Tap Continue Game on the main menu.
How do hints work? Tap the hint chip during a solo game and the suggested board is highlighted. Hints are counted in your statistics, so you can see how much help you took.
Can I undo a move? Yes, against the computer. Undo takes back your last move.
How do I reset my statistics? Open the Stats screen and tap Reset Stats. You will be asked to confirm, and it cannot be undone.
